Sally Cooper Smith  //  Creative Director    
Sally formed Cooper Smith and Company in June of 1993 with a commitment to integrate honesty and intelligence into marketing communications. Sally is a graduate of Iowa State University, where she has taught the business of graphic design for several years. Sally oversees the creative work produced by the agency, and is the primary account manager. Her work has appeared internationally in Communication Arts, Creative Quarterly, Graphis and Studio (Canada) as well as regionally in competitions with Creativity International, Davey Awards, the American Advertising Federation, and the Art Directors Association. A poster sequence she created for the State Historical Society of Iowa is still in use and remains the most popular series created.

Robin Wasteney  //  Senior Art Director    
Robin brings to the team experience working on numerous custom publications and extensive identity programs. A graduate of Iowa State University, Robin remains involved with students through her mentoring through the Art Directors Association of Iowa. Her speed and attention to detail make her invaluable in accomplishing projects of a timely manner.

Matt Dirkx  //  Graphic Designer    
Matt has won design awards both locally and nationally. Not only is a he a print designer, he is also an accomplished web designer. Matt is also a board member for the Art Directors Association of Iowa.

Doug Smith  //  D.E. Smith Photography    
Doug spent 15 years in photojournalism before he moved into commercial studio photography, and his ability to capture a moment still remains one of his greatest strengths. He has managed his own studio since 1994, joining Cooper Smith & Co. in 1996. He is the primary photographer for Cooper Smith, but also maintains his own client list, including Meredith Corporation and Iowa State University.
